  • Sure can! We are a totally mobile service enabling you to get the support you need, where you feel most comfortable and safe. We come to you, and bring everything we’ll need.

  • We support women all over Perth! Wherever you are, we can come to you.

  • Yes! We’re all about removing barriers and ensuring every woman receives the support she needs. So, if you live regionally in WA, please get in touch and we’ll do our very best to get an appointment booked in for you.

  • Yes! We recommend contacting your private health fund to determine your level of cover.

    Provider and items numbers can be provided upon request.

  • Nope. If you’re in pain or your movement is restricted, we recommend you book now. We’ll get you sorted; no referral needed.

    If you have a chronic condition or ongoing pain, you may be eligible for a health care plan and receive a rebate via Medicare – talk to your GP to find out more.

  • Sure do. Thanks to the magic of technology, we can help you remotely.

    Unfortunately, technology isn’t quite advanced enough (yet) for us to perform physical assessments or ultrasounds by telehealth though. But, after your initial assessment we can offer follow up appointments by telehealth to help you stay on track.

  • Nothing at all – just you. We bring everything needed for your appointment.

    All you need is some space for us to set up our physio table and ultrasound machine near a power point, and we’ll take it from there.

  • No, this is exactly why we come to you. As women, we get it. It’s hard to carve out time for yourself and things like medical appointments are often pushed down the priority list.

    We want to fit into your life and remove the barriers, ensuring you get the healthcare you deserve. So, if your little ones are at home during your appointment, please don’t stress.

  • Please don’t worry about the state of your home. As women, our lives are full and fabulous and sometimes this means messy!

    We’re here to support you in whatever stage you find yourself in. We’ve all been there, so there will be absolutely no judgement from us.

  • Absolutely not! We can use a real time ultrasound machine to check your pelvic floor without needing to do an internal examination.

    Sometimes an internal exam can provide additional information, so while we do offer this option, the choice is completely yours – we’re all about you feeling safe and comfortable.

  • After birth, abdominal separation, perineum swelling and pelvic floor concerns are often a factor.

    With a women’s health physio as part of your postpartum support team, you can be confident your body is taken care of while you focus on your little bundle of joy.

  • They say that birth is a marathon, not a sprint. Just like preparing for a marathon, appropriate planning for birth can have a tonne of benefits.

    Pelvic floor exercises and antenatal stretching can have a big impact on how your body feels during birth and after your bub has arrived. Our expert physios can also equip you with knowledge about what to expect from your body in the lead up to birth, during and beyond...

  • Your body has just been through a major surgery and seeing a physio is one of the best ways you can look after you, Muma!

    We can help you understand how to take care of your scar, how to move in a way that feels good and plan for a confident return to exercise if that’s something you want to do.
